All Ebabe products are made-to-order and custom-created for you. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Defective or Damaged Items Only

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at eqqolab@gmail.com  .

We'll replace defective items at no cost with photo proof of the damage.
